Tenger World Shaman Festival and TSAATAN reindeer herder shamans.
May 23rd to June 5th, a total of 14 days. (Arrival at Mongolia on the 23rd and leave Mongolia on the 5th)
Assemble at the Genghis Khan International Airport in Mongolia and travel with me and my Mongolian shaman friends.
Participants must book their own air tickets to and from Mongolia, apply for visas, and be responsible for food, accommodation, and insurance before and after the tour.
After the four-day World Shaman Festival https://worldshamanfestival.com/en/ , we have arrange a local professional travel agency in Mongolia to take us to Khövsgöl Lake in the north to visit the famous local shaman and participate in a ceremony in which shamans gather to worship the local mountain gods. The group will be led by Marina and 2 Mongolian shamans, and there will be a translator and tour guide.
Traveling with Mongolian Shamans
You will be accompanied by these 2 Mongolian shamans throughout the entire journey, they will be teaching you everything you wish to learn about Mongolian Shamanism.
Badam
At the age of 50, Badam experienced shaman’s illness and became a shaman. She is both a shaman and a famous Mongolian painter and an influential figure in the Mongolian art circle.
Batsaikhan
Badam’s teacher. Batsaikhan is a well-established shaman near Khövsgöl, he has many disciples.

Drive to Lake Kubusgur in northern Mongolia, a stunning natural wonder often referred to as the “Dark Blue Pearl.” The lake is a freshwater lake in Mongolia. It is also one of the deepest and purest lakes in the world, and is known as one of the most primitive lakes in the world. Horseback riding by the lake. Stay at Dharanchmeg Tourist Camp.
DAY 7-8 SHAMAN MEETING-2 /5.29-5.30/
In the morning drive to shaman teepee of Enkhtuya and meet her &

the fluffy beach of Khubsgul lake.

DAY 9 HIKING & HORSE RIDING /05.31/
After breakfast drive back to Dalain chimeg tourist camp in

DAY 10-11 SHAMAN MEETING-3 /06.01-06.02/
After breakfast, we will drive 200 kilometers to Ulaan-uul sum, the holy mountain in Mongolia. The famous local female shaman Bayaraa is the guardian of this holy mountain. She will explain the relationship between this mountain and her ancestors, personally teach us “Mongolian Shaman Workshop”, and conduct an exclusive shamanic holy mountain ceremony for us.
You will be able to journey like a Mongolian shaman. Become a “Sky shaman of Mongolian”.
DAY 12 SHAMAN DRUM MAKER /6.03/

After lunch, a special arrangement will be held from 14:00 to 17:00 “Morrinou Fur and Mongolian Khumai Workshop”
Taught by local musicians.
“Mongolian Morin Khuur” is often used in traditional music performances and cultural ceremonies and is an integral part of Mongolian culture.
“Khumai” singers usually use different throat sounds to produce bass, midrange and high notes at the same time, which gives Khumai singing a unique depth and richness. This technique can imitate the sounds of nature, such as the sound of wind, the screams of animals, etc., to create a musical effect with a very original atmosphere. Khumai is not only a musical performance technique but is also regarded as a cultural inheritance, representing Mongolian music tradition and lifestyle.

Relaxing & free time. Visiting Artist Union studios. Shopping in souvenir shops & Gobi national cashmere factory store. Enjoy National art performance “Tsagaanlavai” ensemble.
